These Sales Terms and Conditions form a legally binding contract between Xiamen Geo-Tech I&E Co., Ltd. (the “Supplier”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and any purchasing party (the “Buyer”, “you”, “your”) submitting inquiries or placing orders via our official website www.geotech-cn.com. By sending inquiries or confirming any purchase order, the Buyer unconditionally acknowledges and accepts all clauses stated below.

1. Order Placement Procedures

The Buyer shall issue a formal written purchase order via email, clearly specifying product name, model, technical specifications, ordered quantity, required delivery schedule and shipping mode (sea freight or air freight).
Upon receipt of the Buyer’s order request, the Supplier shall issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) covering product specifications, unit prices, total contract value and corresponding shipping costs.

Written confirmation of the Proforma Invoice by the Buyer is a mandatory prerequisite before the Supplier initiates production.

The Supplier shall notify the Buyer once finished goods are ready for shipment and send an official shipping advice by email after cargo dispatch.

2. Payment Terms

Two valid payment methods are accepted:

Advance Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) remittance;

Irrevocable Letter of Credit payable at sight issued in favor of Xiamen Geo-Tech I&E Co., Ltd. All payments shall be completed strictly in accordance with the payment schedule confirmed on the mutually agreed Proforma Invoice.

3. Production Lead Time

The standard production cycle for regular order quantities is 7 to 25 working days after the supplier receives the Buyer’s written PI confirmation. Transshipment is permitted if direct sea or air transport services to the designated destination port are unavailable.

4. Freight Liability Allocation

FOB Terms: All international sea/air freight, destination port charges and local inland transportation expenses shall be fully borne by the Buyer.

CNF / CIF Terms: All cross-border shipping fees shall be prepaid by the Buyer.

5. Cargo Insurance Arrangement

FOB basis transactions: The Buyer shall independently purchase and bear all costs for cargo transit insurance.

CIF basis transactions: The Supplier shall take out All Risks insurance covering the whole transit period of the goods.

6. Loading & Destination Ports

The Supplier provides global delivery services covering all major international seaports and airports worldwide.

7. Complimentary Logo Imprint Service

Free logo printing service is available for orders meeting our minimum quantity requirement. Prior to production commencement, the Buyer must provide high-resolution logo files together with formal written proof of legal ownership or authorized usage rights of the trademark or logo.

8. OEM Customization Service

The Supplier accepts OEM customization orders. The Buyer shall provide physical samples and/or official technical design drawings for quotation assessment and customized manufacturing.

9. Limited Product Warranty

The Supplier provides a 12-month warranty covering defects in raw materials and manufacturing workmanship, effective from the date of shipment.

Defective goods covered under valid warranty may be returned to our factory for free repair, with all return shipping costs prepaid by the Buyer.

As an alternative solution, the Supplier may supply free replacement spare parts for on-site local repair by the Buyer. This warranty shall not cover damage caused by improper operation, artificial breakage, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized structural modification of products.

10. Limitation of Supplier Liability

All product images, dimension parameters and technical data displayed on our official website are for reference only. Minor technical discrepancies cannot be used as grounds for order cancellation or compensation claims.

All import duties, customs taxes, inspection charges and clearance delays arising at the Buyer’s destination country shall be the sole financial responsibility of the Buyer.

The Supplier shall not be liable for economic losses caused by third-party logistics delays, port congestion or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All texts, product pictures, trademarks and technical drawings published on our website are the exclusive intellectual property of Xiamen Geo-Tech I&E Co., Ltd. Any unauthorized reproduction, duplication or commercial exploitation is prohibited without prior written consent from the Supplier.

12. Amendment of Terms

The Supplier reserves the full right to revise these Sales Terms and Conditions without separate advance notice to Buyers. The latest updated version will be published on the website homepage and footer. Continued order placement after updates will be deemed as acceptance of the revised clauses.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

All sales transactions between the Supplier and Buyer shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic ofChina. Any disputes arising out of sales cooperation shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails to reach a settlement, all disputes shall be submitted to the competent People’s Court at the Supplier’s registered location.
